A Campfire Taco Popup

A campfire cooking workshop series presented by BPG and Chef Kate Foerster.

Join us for a sunset kayak paddle and wood fire cooking workshop followed by dinner on a remote river island. The theme for this - our first popup event - will be a Mexican Taco beach dinner featuring a delicious menu curated and cooked by Chef Kate Foerster. Featuring pork and vegetables from Dancing Gnome Farm in Wabasha, MN.

BPG aims to always bring the best of what the Driftless has to offer, beautiful wild waterways and excellent local cuisine. Kate has over a decade’s experience working with sustainable and locally sourced foods and has cooked for Meritage in St. Paul, the Blue Heron in Winona, and currently at Lovechild in La Crosse.
