Listen to sounds of the river while flowing and breathing through a variety of postures on the water. Finish each class floating in savasana on a quiet pool of the Chippewa delta forest.

This floating yoga class is designed to connect you to the water and your outdoor surroundings as well as challenge your balance and strength on the board through yoga asanas. In this experience, we offer you a mini-course on paddle boarding where you will learn paddle technique followed by a SUP Yoga intro instruction. Here's what to expect: 15 min. introduction to paddle boarding on land, a short paddle into the nature reserve and a 75 min. yoga course. No experience required. Those who have experience in SUP, this course can be adjusted for a more advanced level.

Certified yoga teacher Shannon Spies, will guide you through a 75 min floating yoga class which will include a variety of standing and seated postures. Variations will be offered to accommodate all skill levels.
